I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had excellent internet connection at no extra cost. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly accommodating. Staying on the second floor after 2 pm wasn't the best idea, but the large and comfortable rooms made up for it. The service was friendly and professional, although our request for room cleaning was refused. The hotel's central location in Montevarchi is great, close to the autostrada del sole and near the Prade outlet. The dining experience was impressive, especially the fresh honey, cappuccino, and croissants, despite some issues with the shower drain. Overall, the facilities were good, offering a pleasant stay.
